I call to those who went before me for guidance to travel this day’s path. I ask those who are yet to come what this day holds for me. Of Warrior and Man is what I seek. I ask for the Warrior to be at one with the Man and for the Man to walk beside the Warrior.

Long Version

I ask to Show up and be present without preconceived notions, while having the Ability to Take Action and Enforce Boundaries I ask—

  • » to Accept responsibility and get the job done
  • » to be Focused and determined » to Not easily be diverted » to Know my skills and be disciplined in using them
  • » to be a Direct, factual communicator
  • » to Honor and enforce my own boundaries » to Honor the boundaries of others
  • » to maintain a Strong sense of loyalty and duty
  • » to cut my losses and move on without dwelling on the past
  • » to work through adversity or failures in accomplishing a goal
  • » to be Here-and-now in every moment
  • » to Put theory into practice
  • » to be Determined, focused, dependable
  • » to be Willing to take appropriate risks
  • » to Acknowledge and be clean and clear about expressing my anger
  • » to Value physical conditioning and health.

I ask for the Great Spirit to be at one with the Man and for the Man to walk as one with Great Spirit.

Like Wolf, Hawk, and the warrior within, I ask to Show up and be present without preconceived notions, while having the Ability to Take Action and Enforce Boundaries.

Like Cougar, Raven, and the sage within, I ask for The Ability to Assess, Analyze and Contain, while saying what is so when it is so, without blame or judgment.

Like Black Bear, Owl, and the healer within, I ask for The Ability to Connect and Feel, while paying attention to what has heart and meaning.

Like Buffalo, Eagle, and the leader/king within, I ask for The Ability to Initiate, Support and Create Order while being open to outcome.

Healing for Female Adolescent/Children

Great Spirit, Creator, Mystery of all that is Hear our hearts and souls as we pray for........ We call to the soul of ...... to feel our support as each of us share the wisdom tones of our own journeys to find our way in the world. We call to the heart of ...... to know the courage to heal her inner wounds both past and present that no longer serve or disserve her. We call to the child of ....... to accept the safety of her own life wherein fear need not dictate the emotions that support how she sees life We call to the dis-ease within to accept our gratitude by stepping aside and allowing ....... to now find her own way in the world as a blooming young woman.

We are grateful for what now is so. Ah Ho

 


Cancer Prayer

Great Spirit, Creator, Mystery of all that is

You know our hearts and see our soul as we plea for your grace.

We call to the spirit of the Sun, to the spirit of Mother Earth's molten rock, and to the spirit of the original fire that warms our soul.

We ask that you bring these healing fires to ....................... and remove the killing cold of cancer that plagues her body by bringing the original dream back into her life.
